ahhhhh….i being sued…..HELP?

ok so a couple of weeks ago i asked a few questions about my (at that time)friends puppy.She has dropped it off so she could go out of town on a job interview and it was full of fleas.I toke care of the problem.Anyways she called me tht very same day and not asked but told me I HAD TO KEEP HER PUP until that saturday.That very same day I guess she found out that she got the job and told me to keep the pup and that it would be (in her words)"my fucken problem now".Since I couldnt keep the pup I gave her to my neighors the next day and they have been showering her with love ever since.She is very happy now and plays on the beach all day.Anyways the day I gave her to my neighbors my ex friend called me and told me she wanted her pup back so she could sel it and make somemoney since she was broke.I explained to her that I gave her away since she told me to keep her.(SORRY THIS IS LONG BUT TRUST ME THIS IS ALL IN MY DEFENSE IF IT GETS TO THAT LEVEL)Anyways another friend of mine returned from her vacation and had heard what happened and was sorry that she didnt know sooner or else she wouldve warned me,She told me that she had puppysitted for our former friend also and that she had to get the pup dewomed and its first set of shots because idiot gave her the pup with worms and no shots.What should I do I have receipts and everything showing that i payed for the pup de-fleaing and food that she wouldnt even provide me with along with all this other stuff we had to buy cause the pup kept biting us everytime we tried to bathe her .I also have an email from her that says(exact words)"GIVE ME MY F@&KIN PUPPY BACK.YOU KNOW I NEED THE MONEY AND I CAN SELL HER EASILY FOR 0.00.SO WHAT IF I TOLD YOU TO KEEP HER I CHANGED MY MIND AND I WANT HER BACK.YOU THINK BECAUSE YOU ARE 24 AND OT IT MADE THAT YOU CAN DO WHAT YOU WANT.I AM SUEING YOUR ASS AND IM GONNA GET THAT DOG BACK.I DONT CARE IF THE DOG IS HAPPY OR NOT I NEED TO SURVIVE AND SELL HER ASS.I WANT HER BY THIS WEEKEND."So can she sue me and win seriously

Maybe maybe not. If she’s so desperate for money she won’t even have the money to file with the courts to begin with.
So this is what you do, send her an email but be nice stating if she wants to sue you to go ahead and that you will be waiting to be served. Also mention when you got to court you will be bringing along all of the bills you have spent to care for this pups since she left it with you in such poor condition and the last email from her where she ADMITS she told you to keep the puppy. If she sent any previous emails stating such while she was out of town mention that you will be bringing them along as well and that you will also be filing counter suit for the money you spent on HER dog.
Call her bluff because that is exactly what this is. Your friend, and I would be ditching her, sound unstable from the previous questions you had and ill suited to having a dog in the first place.
